Last week I created a little eBook specifically for Scrum Masters starting with a new team whether it's their first role as a Scrum Master or they already have some experience.
I was trying to think of all of the things I wish I'd known when I started out with Scrum. It's not going to be a blueprint for success with Scrum because that's just not possible but it might help you avoid making some of the basic mistakes that I made years ago and help you help the team get the most out of the Scrum framework!
