This is a two day course for Scrum Masters, Development Team members and anyone else who wants to understand the fundamentals of Scrum from first principles, understand how Scrum works in the real world and validate that understanding with an industry recognised certification.
The training includes a detailed discussion of Scrum Theory from an instructor who has years of experience applying Scrum in the real world, practical exercises as part of a Scrum Team and up to two attempts at the internationally recognised Scrum.org PSM I on-line assessment.
